Post WLS...Which foods are not your friend...
I can't do ground beef or pork but a marbled ribeye sits very well lol and chicken is fine too go figure! I cannot do milk whole, 2% or skim but I can eat cheese. I haven't had any problems with breads although I get filled up really fast and can only eat one slice and I toast it to take some of the moisture out of it for some reason that makes it sit better on my stomach. I haven't tried ice cream though. I can't eat alot at one sitting but it seems like I eat every couple of hours because I feel hungry LOL Dr. says that I might not be eating enough and I am waiting for my labs to come back to see where I am at!
Seriously, my egg problem started shortly after surgery and continues to this day - SEVEN years later. I also don't do well with icecream or really any food that contains high amounts of both sugar and fat - one or the other and I'm OK, both not so much.

The two things that will give me some problems sometimes are hamburger, and chicken. That's it. Keep a supply of papya enzyme handy and I am good to go. Great stuff.
But anything with more than 8 gms of sugar................look out. Dump city!

Works for me.
Good luck,

I don't do well with Bread (not such a bad thing)
I agree with you on the Pork thing..I can only eat tiny, tiny amount and it has to be very moist and tender.
I only tried Rice one time and I just don't like it anymore
I have a love/hate relationship with eggs. Sometimes Rose (my pouch) likes them, sometimes she doesn't.
