Pork (except pulled w/bbq sauce) sits like a boulder in there.

Canned tuna...it tries to kill me every time.

Milk i****and-miss. Cooked in foods-I'm fine, fresh-I'm taking my chances. I try to stick to soy milk for the most part.

Literally every thing else is fair game...even sugar, though I still try to limit it for the most part due to unnecessary calories. I don't eat ice cream so I don't know if the "real thing" would be a problem or not.

I don't really have problem with too many foods anymore............with the exception of hot dogs, white bread (although I can eat sub sandwiches and honey wheat bread), wheat bread ~ too dense, and milk is a hit or miss, oh and some types of pasta.......I sadly don't dump on sweets, so I try to limit those

There are no foods that disagree with me. I can eat everything and anything that I want. Just like pre-op, if I over-indulge, there may be a price to pay. For example, I love clementine oranges. I can eat up to 3 in one sitting with no problem; 4 or more may give me loose poos. I eat as few SF foods as possible; sugar alcohols are deadly for irritating my guts. Cookies, ice cream are a daily part of my diet.

Bacon and any kind of pasta. I feel like I'm dying when I eat them. Anything else is okay.

I am 2 1/2 years postop.  I can eat most anything (with portion size taken into consideration).  I do get a bit queasy at times from stuff that is too greasy/fatty.  And, I can not always handle sugar.  But, I can eat about any food I want to--even stuff I shouldn't (i.e. DONUTS!!).  I can eat small portions of stuff like ice cream and cake.  I do not eat this stuff often as I can make healthier sweet stuff at home.  But, I really don't have anything I can't tolerate now...

Sugar alcohols - found in sugar-free foods - are not my friend.  They blow me up with gas that does not want to come out.  Ouch, ouch, ouch!!!!  So, I avoid sugar free processed foods - "diet foods" - and just eat the real thing.

Other than sugar alcohols, I can - and do - eat everything.

I'm 2.5 years out.

I still cannot eat lettuce. Just kills me. Same with rice. Also can't eat ground meats unless stewed in chili. Can eat some steak but it**** or miss so I generally skip it. I'm just fine with chicken and fish as long as its tender.

Anything breaded is a huge no-no and I avoid greasy food like the plague. Just looking at it now can make me gag.  I can however, eat thin crust pizza, but I eat only veggie with light cheese and extra sauce when its ordered. Learning to make it at home for a healthier alternative.

I can eat pasta if I eat it in small pieces and slowly with marinara. Went a little nuts when I realized that so Im restricting that intake.

I have a high tolerance for sugar, much to the detriment of reaching goal. LOL.  Working on that now.
