I haven't tried the cinnamon roll flavor, but tried the coconut chocolate, banana nut, banana cream pudding, and something else. Personally I did not like the coconut chocolate or the banana nut, but the banana cream pudding was good, although it is thick. I would suggest getting samples from vitalady.com, it's a bit expensive, but better than buying a whole tub of something and not liking it. I found it easier to try different protein powders this way.

I don't care for the cinnamon roll version.. but the banana nut, banana cream, and vanilla creme are to die for.

I have to say I think the raves IMO are HIGHLY overrated. I purchased the Chocolate Cocanut, Banana nut & Cinnamon roll . They are drinkable but I would not say they are delicious ( In my opinion they taste like typical protein shakes). I would try it for myself if I were you . I purchased mine from Vitacost.com for $14.85 each. Michele

I bought 2 tubs one is chocalate Candy and the other is vanilla cream.....I could not stand it....its was very thick, ( I tried it with both milk and then water) slimy feeling in my mouth. I do not like the texture at all. I tried it with ice also, drank it 4 times to give it a chance. I'm done yuck.....I went back to my basic Whey Protein with no taste and add my own sf syrups.....

I bought the tubs for $15 each at Vitacost.com.....

Had to jump in on this one.....I need help with my Protein intake....Im almost 4 months out and doing good to get maybe 30g's in of protein in a day.....please dont yell...lol
I have tried and tried to get something that tastes good....
How do you all mix this desert protein? maybe thats where Im having the problems...
