well i know for a fact that you need to keep taking your vitamins. Once you find out what to eat please let me know. Right now my doctor just put me on iron twice a day

I don't know who your doctor is but I was told that vitamins and B12 are a lifetime committment. Get your butt to the doctor and do a B12 if you feel this bad now whats down the road? Do not stop taking your vitamins its a bad choice.

I'd skip the B12 shot for NOW and ask for a full set of labs.  While it is very possible your b-12 is low, so could your b1, b6, b9, ferritin, tibc, hemaglobin, or hematicrit.  There are more things to consider besides b-12 when it comes to severe fatigue.

Go get a FULL blood panel.

Get your labs first then the shot. I made that mistake once and had my shot then the labs the next day, it threw everything off and they wouldn't have even known unless I told them that I had the shot the day before. They say get your blood work done before shots, or 2-3 weeks after a shot.
