Omega 3

My nutrionist mentioned getting some oil into my diet.  She suggested canola and adding a teaspoon to my protein shake.  I recently saw these omega 3 squeeze packets.  Do these accomplish the same thing?  Are these somehting I should be taking in addition to the canola oil?  I know Omega 3's are supposed to be good for you and I want to do everything possible to make my body healthy.

What do you do for oil?  I'm a month post-op so I know I'm not getting the necessary oils from food yet.

Thanks!

My nutritionist recommends the "ketchup packet" things you're talking about. They do the same thing as the canola oil. I figured they'd be a lot easier to handle than the Mazola bottle.

I buy mine at the Vitamin Shoppe. I like the lime better than the orange.

I take Omega 3 supplements daily. I believe they are critical on several levels but I take them to keep my brained "oiled" lol.

I use the Coromega that come in those ketchup-like packets.  It's great stuff.
