Whatcha Eating Today EveryOne?
Hello Everyone!
Gina you sound sooo busy!!
The race for us hasen't started yet. In another week when school starts and the soccer AND the football and I get back to work and the hubby being out of town a few nights a week.
I'm tired just thinking about it!
Pretty relaxed day here today. Did a little running with my youngest and his football. Went with hubby for a ride to a few of his stops for work. Sat in the sun a little for some Vitamin D. Made some yummy chicken on a skewer for dinner and had my parents over. Nice day.

Can you eat alot of the chocolate covered soynuts?? I have chocolate covered peanuts before and I felt rotten after 10 pieces!!

Tomorrow I may go see my niece at the Washington County Fair. She rides horses equestrian and some other style so she will be showing in the morning. She is 14 and her horse is beautiful! I have actually ridden since my surgery. I need to do that again. It was fun!

L: 2 oz. turkey, 1 oz. colby cheese, 1/2 c. fresh pineapple
S: 1 oz. peanuts
D: 3 oz.. pork loin, 10 strips sweet potato fries, baked in oven

Another boring day in the neighborhood! I have been trying to eat more during the day, or at least before 7pm, so that I am not snacking in the late night so much.
Pre: coffee w/ soy and meds
B: 1egg scram w/cheese, 1/2 english muffin
S: Protein shake
L: Little more than 1/4 of a turkey pot pie, 1/2 sm. PB cookie
D: 2oz stuffed chicken breast, slice eggplant, 1oz cheese, 6 itty bitty protein crackers
S: SF jello w/squirt of whip
990cals, 89g protein, 64carbs
Not too shabby on the stats!
S- 1 medium banana, 1 sf yogurt= 6 grams
L- oh yeah protein bar 14 grams, 1 ounce nuts 7 grams=21 grams
D- 2 ounces grilled chicken 10 grams, 1 baby bell light cheese 6 grams= 16grams
S- 1/2 cup fage yogurt 10 gram with sf blackberry preserves with 1 pkg splenda= 10grams
84 grams protein today

So for my eating:
B: starbucks decaf latte
small italian roll (about 3 inches) w/ 2 slices turkey breast and 2 slices american cheese
L: tortilla pizza w/ turkey pepperoni, red peppers, onions, cheese
about 12 asiago tortilla chips
10 cherries
S: decaf latte @ work
oikos greek yogurt w/ 4 apricot halfs @ work
4 oz (?) cheese before gym
handful of dried cherries
D: sauteed veggies
1/2 cup baked beans
protein chai tea
I need to get in my water, but I'm running out of time. I need to do better with water...
