Hello Everyone!
Gina you sound sooo busy!!
The race for us hasen't started yet. In another week when school starts and the soccer AND the football and I get back to work and the hubby being out of town a few nights a week.
I'm tired just thinking about it!

Pretty relaxed day here today. Did a little running with my youngest and his football. Went with hubby for a ride to a few of his stops for work. Sat in the sun  a little for some Vitamin D. Made some yummy chicken on a skewer for dinner and had my parents over. Nice day.

Can you eat alot of the chocolate covered soynuts?? I have chocolate covered peanuts before and I felt rotten after 10 pieces!!

Let's see....eats,
B-BSN choc protein shake with SF raspberry syrup
coffe w/flavored creamer
S-few bites banana
L-small salad with a few pieces of pepperoni and cheese in it
D-2 small chicken strips with few bites of grilled zucchini and 1tbsp rice w/soy
S-PB protein ball or protein shake(not sure yet)

Tomorrow I may go see my niece at the Washington County Fair. She rides horses equestrian and some other style so she will be showing in the morning. She is 14 and her horse is beautiful! I have actually ridden since my surgery. I need to do that again. It was fun!

ready for bed already....did 30 minutes of yoga, then rode my bike 10 miles.  Good day today.

B- cuccumbers with 2 tbs of hummus, no sugar added apple suace
S-2 babybel lite cheeses, fruit strip
L-sb dark chocolate soy nuts, 1 babybel lite cheese
D-bbq chicken pizza
S-no sugar added ice cream sandwich

750 cals, 46 protein, so far almost 100oz of water (0sugar icetea, or vitamin water 10)

I need more protein but I think I am too tired to eat, I need to get a good night sleep, cause I work tomorrow, then getting my hair done on thursday YEAH!

Good evening WETEO'S.  I hope you all are having a wonderful evening.  Gina, I start homeschooling my boys on Monday.  I know it will be crazy busy. Just trying to figure out how to divide the time between the two of them is gonna be tough at first.  I can't imagine being in your shoes.  But, I am still excited.

Today's eats:
B:  8 oz. protein shake
L: 2 oz. turkey, 1 oz. colby cheese, 1/2 c. fresh pineapple
S: 1 oz. peanuts
D: 3 oz.. pork loin, 10 strips sweet potato fries, baked in oven

  Another boring day in the neighborhood! I have been trying to eat more during the day, or at least before 7pm, so that I am not snacking in the late night so much.
Pre: coffee w/ soy and meds
  B: 1egg scram w/cheese, 1/2 english muffin
S: Protein shake
  L: Little more than 1/4 of a turkey pot pie, 1/2 sm. PB cookie
D: 2oz stuffed chicken breast, slice eggplant, 1oz cheese, 6 itty bitty protein crackers
  S: SF jello w/squirt of whip
990cals, 89g protein, 64carbs
  Not too shabby on the stats!

B- 23 gram dessert protein with skim milk 8 gram =31 grams

S- 1 medium banana, 1 sf yogurt= 6 grams

L- oh yeah protein bar 14 grams, 1 ounce nuts 7 grams=21 grams

D- 2 ounces grilled chicken 10 grams, 1 baby bell light cheese 6 grams= 16grams

S- 1/2 cup fage yogurt 10 gram with sf blackberry preserves with 1 pkg splenda= 10grams

84 grams protein today

Hi WETEO's! Took today off to get my mother to the hospital for a chest Xray, she thinks she has pneumonia and her doctor wanted to be sure. Then I went off to get my hair cut, finally, then did a little grocery shopping.  Then I made pickled cauliflower and canned that.  I took a little afternoon nap...one of my favorite things to do....then headed to the dry cleaners for a couple of hours of work.  After work, I went to the gym for my time on the elliptical and today I really worked hard on it.  It just makes me feel so good when I fini****omorrow will be a hell of a day...my boss is pissed because I took today off plus I'm sure we still need to get schedules finished by 6pm for the welcome back night for incoming sophomores.  It will be a stressful day, for sure!

So for my eating:
B:  starbucks decaf latte
      small italian roll (about 3 inches) w/ 2 slices turkey breast and 2 slices american cheese

L:  tortilla pizza w/ turkey pepperoni, red peppers, onions, cheese
      about 12 asiago tortilla chips
      10 cherries

S:  decaf latte @ work
       oikos greek yogurt w/ 4 apricot halfs @ work
       4 oz (?) cheese before gym
       handful of dried cherries
     
D:  sauteed veggies
      1/2 cup baked beans
      protein chai tea

I need to get in my water, but I'm running out of time.  I need to do better with water...

Erin I am not sure if this will help, but this is how I get my water in.  I buy a case of Sam's Choice 20 ounce water.  I get the mix in from Walmarts or Crystal Light and make 6 bottles in the fridge it goes.  If I go someplace I take a bottle or 3 with me.  If I will be gone longer I take all 6.  I also have a gallon jug that I will make up with crystal light and refill the 6 bottles and drink from those.  It might be easier for me because I am not a coffee drinker.  I hope this can help you get more water in.  Christina

Hey, WETEO's!! Hope everyone is ready for hump day!!! Yay, it's almost half over. I've been having a hard time lately with my eats. I keep having good intentions of doing the 3-day LPT, but by the end of the day fall off track. I have plateaued (sp) again and am trying not be negative about it. I feel like I'm relatively close to reaching my goal weight, but my body is trying to keep me where I am. Ughhh..I would really like to loss at least 10-lbs before I go to Florida in Oct. Bah, I need some motivation.

B ~ Mocha Capp protein drink & Kashi GoLean Blueberry waffle
S ~ Sbux liquid happiness and ak-nok crackers w/2 tbsp chunky pb
L ~ 1 1/2 bean, beef and cheese burritos, 7 chips w/queso and 2 bites soppapilla
S ~ 2 oz cheez its (this is where I REALLY fell off track)
D ~ 3 oz rotisserie chicken, 1/8 c pinto beans and mixed veggies (squash, 'shrooms, onions and broc w/garlic and Worcestershire sauce...yum), SF Livactive jello pudding
S ~ 1/4 c cheerios and 1/8 c skim milk
