s...def. need to have something high in protein

and my exercise for today: 20 min hike.. cleaned the entire house and rearranged the furniture.. did a huge winter cleaning.. so happy for that!!!

Okay - school hasn't even started yet and all my posts pretty much say is . . . "I worked today." Yep. I worked. Then I came home. Then I ate dinner. Then I vegged out in front of the TV. Exciting, huh? Maybe I should have gone to play bingo . . .

I'm not working tomorrow, though. I'm doing like Erin did today - taking my mother to the doctor. This one is a surgeon who is going to help put some parts that are falling out back in place (if you know what I mean . . .).

B: Fast Fixin' omelet w/extra cheese
     blueberries
     coffee
S: cottage cheese w/4 cherry tomatoes
     DD iced tea
L: topping from 2 slices of BBQ chicken pizza (and a couple bites of crust)
    Life Water zero
S: LF/SF yogurt
     LF cheddar stick
D: chicken sausage mixed w/broccoli and cheese sauce
     fresh green beans
     a couple slices of fresh tomato
     a few black olives
S: 1 prune
     decaf coffee
     honey almonds (too many)
     1 small piece dark chocolate

As you can see, I fell prey to the grazing after dinner phenomenon again.  I also made the mistake of bringing a bottle of cinnamon almonds to work with me. Yikes! I grazed on them all day, too.

That's all she ate . . .

Good Evening Everyone,
                                    Today was better as in I didn't sit around all day.  I was by myself for a few hours at the daycare so that kept me hopping.  Then I did some shopping at walmarts.  I didn't get in any Leslie Sansone walking today.  I got lunch made and served and the baby was ready to eat, so it was from one thing to another.  Tomorrow is another day.  Hopefully I can get some afternoon walking in at naptime.  Eats for today:

B - Pure Protein Bar

L - 2 Ounces Turkey Lunchmeat, 1 Slice Provolone Cheese, Dill Pickle Spear

D - !/4 Of A Grilled Chicken, Cranberry and Walnut Salad from Bob Evans, 3 Bites Of The Oreo Ice Cream Pie

S - Not Sure Not Hungry

Water - 80 Ounces 40 More To Go Before Bed

Hello friends,

I've been MIA again but I have some good news to report (at least we hope so)  Geoff went to the new doctor yesterday and she immediately scheduled him for a procedure today in which she found that where his duodenum was stitched back together was too tight and used a balloon to stretch it out and then lower in his pouch, he had a big restriction and she placed a balloon in it to to stretch it out.  She said she can go up one more size if this doesn't fix it.  She also changed his meds and said for him to stay on the TPN for another month at least.  If this doesn't fix him, she is going to reverse whatever is able to be reversed at that time, but she flat out said if she tried to fix him right now that she would kill him! So, we are praying that he is finally on his way toward recovery.

I am once again, living out of a hotel for 4 days as we are out of town having all this done (I forgot to add that he has another test scheduled for tomorrow)

My eats for today:

rice krispie treat
taco
rice krispie treat
a few fruit slices

Hi everybody, hope you are having a great day! I can't believe that it's almost September--this summer flew by.

B Vanilla protein powder made with coffee, SF white chocolate syrup and a few drops of peppermint extract

L about 2 oz of tandoori chicken, a few tablespoons of SF coleslaw

D Haven't eaten yet, but probably will repeat lunch--it
was pretty tastey and I made a lot

Hello Friends! I hope you are doing well! I had a good day! I taught the first of my classes today. I went well and I am looking forward to the rest of the semester. Guess what I weighed in at teh support meeting tonight..... 277 I have lost 89 pounds! I am so close to 100! It is an amazing feeling!! And I am getting awesoem compliments from everyone at school! Again feels nice!

I walked my 4.5 miles tonight before the meeting.

I have had 3 liters of fluids

B: Fast Fixin Omelet
5 prunes

S: 20 oz of cold water

L: 3 oz shrimp ****tail
2 oz honeydew mellon

S: 6 oz apple turnover light yogurt
2 oz honeydew melon

D: 3.5 oz mexican mini meatloaf
2 oz steamed spinach

S: probably the last of my BSN Chocolate protein with 20 oz cold water
