4 mo. out, no sugar added frozen yogurt?

has any one had any no sugar added frozen yogurt at a frozen yogurt place?

i have, at Golden Spoon at about 4 months out actually...i say get it and take it home, because i had two bites and got soo hot i started sweating, i stopped before it could get any worse =/
I also have a friend (has wls 1 yr ago) try NSA frozen yogurt last week and she dumped =(

I tried it part of someone elses. It didn't go well. I was sick really fast. I have had regular fat free yogurt and that went well.

i had it at friendlys.. it was very good!  and no issues with it... good luck and enjoy

Yes Yes...just make sure sugar and fat free....they do have it...I got the childrens size and it was WONDERFUL...Oh I also put nuts on it because it was vanilla....Just make sure sugar free or you will dump.  Love Patty B  That's what she describied with the sweating is dumping.

I had rny 4-18-08 and still am hesitant about no sugar added  frozen yogurt or ice cream. I have tried it but have dumped. I think it is the sugar alchols that are in it.  Alot of sugar free products sugar alchols in them and it always causes me to  get sick. The one thing I have tried and did not have a problem with was a frozen yogurt called only 8. I had it at an ice cream shop while on vacation with my family. If you go to their website it tells you what ice cream shops have it. It was a real treat for me while everyone else was having their ice cream. Sounds wonderful!!  I checked out the website and it doesn't give any locations where they serve it.  Wish I knew of some close by.   YUM.....

Sorry about that they used to have who carried it on the web site. I guess the only thing you could do is call around to local ice cream shops and see if they carry it. It really is good and worth investigating.

Update: tried the no sugar added frozen yogurt with fresh strawberries at Yogurtland here in southern California and it was great!  Woohoo!  Thanks everyone.
