Jessy, you may just want to bite the bullet and get some train tracks - I did (twice) and it was the best thing ever.  Removables are just that, removables.  It is easy to get in the habit of removing.

I have a permanent brace/retainer on my front bottom teeth (close to 10yrs), and wear a wire retainer top and a clear tooth molded retainer on the bottom (exactly like the invisalign but probably thinner). I wear these retainers ever single night or my teeth would once again shift.  It would be a pain to keep that clear one on during the day.  They get stained.

Good Luck with whatever you decide to do.  It will all work out.

I would also say it depends on where/when you eat. If you eat mostly at home brushing and flossing is not too hard. But at work it's harder. And it's impossible to eat a snack when you are in the car or running errands.

You should try brushing and flossing EVERY time you eat for a week and see how it goes before you make a big financial commitment to Invisalign.
