Hey all u WETOS! Here is my moment of truth, started out great but then turned bad. I will make up for it at dinner.
B - 3oz meaured out scrambled egg with mushroom, spinach and cheese
S -15 edamame crackers
L - 1/4 cup fage yogurt and turkey pepper jack roll up
S - 1 half sandwich thin bread toasted with low sugar strawberry preserve (made me sick)!!!!!!!
D- Will be ground turkey taco minus the tortilla

I just started playing with the above calculatator on sparkpeople.com. It is a free sight and was fairly easy to enter information. Thanks Janell!!! Even though I am good about counting protein, I wanted to better understand how many calories I get in, even though Nutrionalist told me not to focus on it.
Today I went to Weigh****chers and lost 5.6 lbs! Why, I have absolutely no idea. It wasn't like I exercised more or ate less, however, I will take it all the same. Also, went to the gym and did 20 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights. I went shopping today and purchased six pairs of jeans/work slacks for the bargain price of $118. I LOVE holiday specials.

I am bummed too about going back to work. It has been very stressful l at work and I hate going back. Plus this next month will be absolutely CRAZY!!!!! Sorry that you are having stomache pain, I haven't tried it myself, however, others have posted about Miralax. Maybe that will help you too?

Hi WETEO's! Happy Steeler Sunday! Getting ready for the game to start....makes me very nervous thinking that our starting QB is out and our 3rd string guy is making his start tonight. Could be an ugly game, I fear. Had a nice day today, I guess....did go to the gym this morning then out to get my nails done and get a pedicure. I am feeling very, very lonely all the sudden. Eric is at deer camp but that is not why I'm feeling so lonely....and a little depressed on top of it all. I need to get out of this funk....and quick!
Anyway, off tomorrow then back to work on Tuesday with the kids returning on Wednesday. I'm hoping these next couple of weeks go by quickly so i can get the holidays over with.
So for today....too much random eating....tomorrow getting on track again.

Hey Erin!! I'm sorry you are feeling kinda lonely and down. I sure hope the Steelers kick the crap outta the Ravens!! I am up 10 points in my game but the guy I am playing has the Ravens kicker and the Pats D. My only saving grace, I hope, will be Randy Moss tomorrow, but I am hoping that the Steeler D can pitch a shutout!! I say go Dennis Dixon and the Steelers!!!

thanks Brian. I'm hoping the defense will be able to step it up a notch and shut the Ravens down. james harrison is long overdue for a good game and there are a few who are long, long overdue for a few pics. Hope your team does well after tomorrow night. my team lost tonight since Larry Fitzgerald didn't have a great game...only got me 6 points this week. Sucky!!!
