What is healthier...a Yoohoo...or a Slim Fast Shake...can you guess?

BSN Lean Desserts is awesome! I've only tried the Fresh Cinnamon Bun one so far, but it's amazing. No weird after taste at all, and there are tons of other flavors that sound delicious. Low carbs, high protein (either 19 or 21 per serving, can't remember), only 100-and some calories, and tastes just as good mixed with water as it does with milk.

Why not just drink chocolate milk?  I like the hood calorie countdown variety and it seems healthier than the original two choices:

I love Hood Calorie Count Down 2%.   Have used it for years before my surgery.

Aw...I am sorry to hear that Ellen...I am really glad I didn't end up lactose intolerant, because I love dairy... So, yoohoo for you then?  LOL

Either that or the stuff the next poster down is recommending.
After a year and a half, I'm ready for some milk!

Aww but Ellen I too am now VERY lactose intollerant I mean OMG when I do milk.  SOOO I tried the Hood 2% not only is it GREAT it doesn't cause any lactose discomfort at all.  I so either Soy or Hood and the hood is nice and creamy.
