Best Chewable Multi??
I like Trader Joe's High Potency Chewable. They have a yummy tropical taste, not as tangy as the BA chewables I was taking, nor as gritty. They do have calcium carbonate but from what I understand, anything with both iron and calcium in it will cancel them both out anyway and you have to take them separately, at least 2 hours away from each other. So I take UpcalD for my calcium at other times of the day.

Honestly, I'd have to see the stats.
Packs with more than one vitamin typically have things like calcium and such in them. They may not be enough for us -- or the right type. For example, the RDA for calcium is 1000mg, and the cheapest and easiest way is calcium carbonate -- which of course wouldn't work for us. Or if they have B12, not likely to be sublingual.
So I'd have to say it would depend on the particular pack. If you got me stats, I could give you a better opinion.

Stick with the Bariactric Advantage... you know you are getting what you need and is absorbable! Hey the label says Bariactric Advantage... Humm sounds like its for me!
I take two berry multis, 2 calcium cherry, 1 grape iron (2 if its that time), liquid B12 or sublingual, 1 biotin cap, A tablespoon of liquid D in my shake.... I am flying high and never felt better!

That is irresponsible..not everyone can can afford the BA...and to be honest...except for the iron...the rest is pretty much taste like crap compared to what else is out there. What is on the label can sometime be deceiving...I hope you are not taking whey shots because they say whey on the outside...because they are made of collagen protein...and you don't absorb that. The way you may "feel" does not reflect what is going on in your body...some deficiencies don't appear till years later and by that time the damage is irreversible.
I've tried ALOT of chewables..Bariatric Advantage is the only one that I think tastes tolerable. I've asked about getting the regular ones, and my Doc says Nope..gotta be chewable and I'm 6 months out. The bad thing about Bariatric Advantage is they arent sold in a lot of places. I had to find them at the little pharmacy in my Doc's building. Good luck, no matter what, keep taking them...vitamins are important.
I personally think Celebrate (www.celebratevitamins.com) tastes much better than Bariatric Advantage and is slightly cheaper -- and they have a chewable calcium citrate that is 500mg so you only need 3x day instead of 4/5/6 etc.
Order samples from both and let your taste buds decide... I thought centrum tasted icky and I didn't like the trader joe's chewable either so people are really very different -- good thing for us there are lots of graet alternatives and samples are free.
