And I do appreciate it.  Oops!  I am human and do make mistakes.  Obviously I didn't use the spell check.  Honestly, most of the time, it comes back with nothing found so I rarely use it.  I guess if I'm going to rant about something, I should make sure there are no mistakes in the post.

Thanks for pointing it out, Heidi.  Who thought it was a good idea to put the "M" and "N" next to each other, anyway?

I can't text.  It's too much work.  I need ASDFJKL; in order.

I never used texting at all until I got a qwerty keyboard on my phone.  Now, I can text in plain (read: correct) English, with full capitalization and punctuation.

I have an iPhone but useless fingertips.  I'd much prefer a full QWERTY keyboard again.

This is also one of my biggest pet peeves.  There's a difference between shortening your words in a text message and typing a post on a message board.

I'm one of the first who will call someone out on this.  I'm sorry -- but there's a time and a place. . . and a message board is neither.  I seriously have to wonder about the intellictual level of someone who would do it -- and after looking over the hadwriting skills of high school grads who use it in resumes and documents, I have even greater concerns about our whole education system.  How did these people ever pass an English class??  It's enough to make you want to go "hmmmmm".

Sorry I have to do this, you asked for it.

intellectual not intellictual
handwriting not hadwriting

You seriously can't make a post about spelling and grammar and not check before your hit send and not expect some smart ass to come along and correct you.  Shame on you.  lol

And it's also "check before YOU hit send" -- not "check before YOUR hit send".

Now, we're even.
