Fainting
I had my Surgery 2 years ago I have fainted 5 times in that 2 years one time I was sick and didn't know it but the rest I get to hot or I start feeling that something is not right or it just hits me real quick has anyone else done the same thing? I have told my Doctor's about this and they said that it does happen, I just wi**** would just go away or maybe there is something that I could do.
I have not actually fainted...but I feel like I am going to and it happens to me when my blood sugar is low around 62-65. I get really dizzy, hot and the world starts spinning.
I have no idea if that is what you experience or not. I definitely would continue to talk to your dr about it. I hope you're able to get the help that you need.

yep! I've fainted a few times. It was a combo of low blood sugar and low blood pressure. Now I know the signs (get shakey) and am quick to eat something and usually that fixes it.
I get teased for always having a snack in my purse, but it's better than hitting the ground and covering myself in grape crystal lite again!

Sounds like reactive hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). As everyone is suggesting, carry something to eat with you at all times in case you have to utilize those glucose tablets. You need a protein like an ounce of cheese or piece of meat to stabilize your sugar levels. If you don't have a protein "chaser" you will find that you will just crash again in about 30 minutes.
Happens to me too. For me its been low blood sugar as well. I usually feel it coming on. If at home I quickly get in some skim milk. If I am out I usually have some Altoids in my purse, I put two in my mouth and then get to some skim milk. I know most people who have had RNY can't tolerate real sugar. I have trouble with the artificial sugars in mints and gums. I box of Altoids lasts me for months though..... can't much real sugar either,
But I think the doctor should take fainting seriously if you've never had it before. Call your primary care doctor to rule out non WLS related issues.
