Im not up to the point of eating PB/soft foods yet, but my NUT & DR ok'd it.. its in my little list of foods in my GIANT binder lol. I just plan on using the low fat, creamy of course. PB is high in calories, but, one Tbs isnt going to make or break your loss.
I heard its wonderful in any type of chocolate shake

LOVE LOVE LOVE peanut butter and have eaten it almost every day since I was allowed at 2 weeks (pureed stage).

I can't tolerate it in a shake for some reason but I eat it by the spoonful pretty much every single day (measured of course). Its all about the total counts and every stall I ever had I broke by adding another spoon or two of pb...

Be happy.

I'm a big fan of the peanut butter - I eat a tablespoon 2-3 times per week and it hasn't stopped my weight loss, but I do make sure it fits into my day calorie wise.  I can't do it in shakes though - not sure why.  I use the PB2 for my shakes, and it's pretty tasty.

I eat better then peanut butter from trader joes, it has 2 grams of fat and 4 grams of protein it is not sticky either! I started eating pb about 6 months out.

I tried it - made me sick as hell!!! Never again!!! I bought the PB2 stuff too - used a spoonful of it in a protein shake - gagged and havent used it since!  Its in the box along with all the protein samples I cant stand!  The only thing remotely peanut butter I can tolerate is a protein bar and I have to be in the mood for that.
