Arby's roast beef

I don't know why...I'm 2 yearrs out and it is still uncomfortable to eat thin sliced roast beef.
The other thing is anytime I reheat burgers in the microwave.

My unprofessional  theory is.....  moisture content.  When I microwave beef, like re-heating hamburger, it's hard to eat, and sits in my stomach.  I can re-heat chili, sloppy joes, etc with  no problem.  I figured out the main difference is the moisture content.  One is wetter, and seems easier to digest.  Try the thin sliced roast beef, with a lot of au jus gravy on it.... or, if a DS'er, with full fat gravy....  that makes it better for me!   Good Luck!  Mary C

reheated meat tends to toughen in texture....and the microwave is the worst method.......it dries it out too.....I don't eat burgers......I eat ground beef in chili etc....but animal protein and I never liked each other again......don't even ask about chicken...or steak.....: )   Susan

Ditto on the roast beef.  That was the first thing I *almost* dumped on.

Reheated leftovers are always iffy for me-some theorize it is bacteria in them. I definitely can't do reheated meat unless it is in soup or something. I have never been able to tolerate what Arby's refers to as "roast beef" since my surgery. I think it must be too processed. I also do not do well with deli roast beef, and ham is iffy too. Turkey is usually OK-I eat a lot of that on sandwiches with cheese and do fine if it is on light whole grain bread.

Yeah, I thought I would try arbys roast beef one day when out (fresh arbys, no microwaving), no bun, just meat.  Not smart.  I could not eat it.  Had about 2 bites.  Got the stuck feeling.  No more arbys for me.  i learned my lesson :)

I'm not good with most lunch meats.  Got real sick on a slice of turkey wrapped around a slice of cheese.  I figured it would be fine, but I got to where I kept salivating and had to go outside and keep spitting until I felt better.  I haven't been able to throw up yet, but just get to where I keep having to spit.  Not sure if anyone else gets this, but also happens with chicken.  No idea why.

I need to throw all the goop like horsey sauce and arbys sauce and it goes down great.
Hamburgers in the microwave, though?  Ewwwww

Ooooh Val!!!  I found Kroger makes these little burgers called Mini Stackers... They are with their appetiser section. Oh My they are sooooo good. I wish they had a picture online... But they are just so yummy goodness.

Nut Facts 2 two mini burgers--

Protein- 17g
Fat- 10g
Carb- 32g (yeah a bit high, but you can take the two fozen patties and put them as a double stacker like I do which should cut that down by half I would think)

I LOVE them, they are perfect for a snack... or lunch with some soup. Microwave like 45 seconds. (my microwave at work takes a full min) Let stand 30 seconds and enjoy!
