I love my Chinese food, even when I know it does not so much love me.   I got a large container of the House Special Soup from #1 Chinese here in town.  You know, the one with all the chicken, pork, shrimp and lots of vegtables in it.  I am having a hard time finding a breakdown of what is in it so far as calories, carbs, protein...etc...   Any body know where to get this information?

I am only one, But still, I am one.  I cannot do everything, but still I can do something.  And because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do
the something that I can do.

Sounds great. I don't have a clue as to what the nutritional content is but all of it is good for you. Heck - I would have already eaten it and then asked the question!!! Guess I know what I'll be having for supper tomorrow night!

I did a Google search and found the nutritional data on Dailyplate.com;  it looks like it would be a good choice.  I love a good wor wonton soup!  Sorry, couldn't cut/paste for the info transfer.

Good luck!

When I get stuff like that- I break it down into indiv ingredients and try it that way. The other day I had soup at the chinese place.

I had 4 shrimp, some carrot, threw out the noodles, blah blah blah...

so when I logged into Sparkpeople, I put things in like that.

The broth was clear- I did not think it had much in terms of calories.

Thanks for the responses.  Lynn I will go check out the DailyPlate.   I would hate to have to give up my Chinese soups, they are loaded with sodium, but this one has so many other good things I do not feel like I am being bad when I eat some.
