Highest Known Weight = 370# / 59.7 bmi @ 5'6"
Current Weight = 168# / 26.4 bmi : fluctuates 5# either way @ 5'7" / more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9) = 159#: would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.

I know it wouldn't help with those words. I believe I just posted that I make mistakes too. I guess you missed the whole point of my post. You are the one being calumniatory. I really don't care how anyone else writes. If someone writes disjointed or very poorly spelled posts, I skip them because I am dyslexic and it is too hard to wade through. OK I have gotten 3 emails asking what calumniatory means. The short version means when someone uses your words against you either by twisting them or not gathering the meaning you meant. It can also mean slanderous or defamatory. I intended the first meaning. I did not mean to be evasive. LMAO. Sorry I had to say that.
