My Multi-vitamin taste terrible please help
The adult centrum is good. It has 18 mg of iron, which is the absolute minimum that we should take. Most take 65mg of elemental iron. My surgeon starts patients out with 150mg of elemental iron. So, 18mg probably wont' be enough for you. I recommend that you still take a separate carbonyl iron with vitamin C for absorbtion. There is no guarantee that over time you wont be taking other supplements. You should also be taking vitamin D, B12 sublinguals and calcium citrate.
This is what I take.
It's not what I recommend. I don't make those recommendations on brands because that tends to paint a target on my back for a knife. But I will list what I take.

Amen! I'm in great shape, too, thanks to Andrea, PamT, Sharyn, etc. Because I listened to them from the get-go....
My 6mo lab draw was 20 vials instead of the usual 8-9. So far I'm in good shape.
I keep a spreadsheet to track trends, not just take "Everything is normal" from the Dr.
I no longer blindly trust anyone else with my health...I am my own advocate.
So thank you, Ladies.
All the

really have made a huge difference for lots of us!
