But it is not all whey. It contains mostly collagen protein with a little whey isolate and little calcium casinate. You said some brands were all whey. This one is not.

And yes, the company that sells them says they are a good source of protein. But they really aren't.

I wish this would have been posted a few days ago, I just bought some from Walmart.

Oh well, it'll be added to my stash of protein stuff that I can't stand!

How disappointing to find these aren't good for us!
Wonder why I was served one of these in the hospital?
And when I went for my 6 weeks checkup why didn't the hospital nutrtionist flinch when I told her I was using them?
So frustrating!

I called my doctor yesterday and was given the ok to use these shots. So i guess it depends on your doctor.
