OMG!! I just swallowed a cherry pit, will I be ok??

I am a little more than one year post RNY. I just accidentally swallowed a cherry pit. I feel a little uncomfortable, but not too bad. Will it go down????

Any suggestions?

I'm sure you'll be fine. If you feel really uncomfortable or start having a hard time, go to the ER, but I think honestly you'll be just fine.

as long as water is going down it isn't stuck anywhere and should pass on through! now, no more cherry pits!

Drink some warm water or warm tea - coffe's ok too to keep it moving through your system. It's just like when a post op swallows gum - keep it moving and you'll be fine.
