I am 5 weeks out today and eggs do not agree with me. Make me feel real nauseauted.  Anyone else have this problem at first and did it pass?  I miss eggs!

Im having the same problem, i did buy egg whites and i can tolerate them a little better. The egg whites from costco by the milk are very good.  But not sure I can tolerate them yet either.   Its weird I think alot of people have this problem with them.   I am  5 months out June 2

During my mushy foods phase, I loved egg salad.  About week 5, I started throwing them up.  I can eat an egg fried, but I crack it open over a teaspoon of mushrooms and onions I've sauteed and then chop the egg into that and top with a little cheddar.  I still can't do hard boiled eggs, but I'm ok with scrambled eggs, but I prefer Better than Eggs (egg substitute) as it sits in my pouch more easily.

Well, eggs have hated me since I was 14 years old...and according to my mother, I was allergic to them as a baby, just took a break between 2ish and 14. They cause me severe gastric distress.

I can eat egg yolks mixed IN foods in small quantities but if I get too much, I know it. Egg whites are not an issue. Egg Beaters/Substitute have been my best friend for decades.

I MISS eggs too but after awhile you do get use to missing them and knowing they upset my stomach is a small price to pay.

Egg salad works for me, scrambled eggs not so much.  I stopped trying them because the 2 hours of misery after eating was so not worth it!

I think we are all in the same boat.  Eggs worked up until 2 weeks ago now hardly any protein works...

It is a very common problem. Try salsa.

Eggs and RNY pouchies do not mix, generally speaking.

I do well with egg beaters.

Try mixing some milk in with your eggs before you cook them (assuming you're scrambling them).  A little moisture really helps.
