Pure Protein jello cups
I made protein jello by adding powdered egg whites to the jello. I thought that it would change the taste but it doesn't, just makes the jello a little cloudy. You use 1/3 cup dried(powdered) egg whites. Don't substitute liquid egg whites, and a small package sugar free gelatin- the 4 serving size. It has 9 grams of protein in each serving.

where do you find powdered egg whites?
See below it contains a Proprietary Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolate, Casein Protein Isolate, Hydrolyzed Collagenic Protein Isolate)
so it has whey, casein and collegen in a blend
