I made protein jello by adding powdered egg whites to the jello. I thought that it would change the taste but it doesn't, just makes the jello a little cloudy.  You use 1/3 cup dried(powdered) egg whites. Don't substitute liquid egg whites, and a small package sugar free gelatin- the 4 serving size. It has 9 grams of protein in each serving.

Didn't ask me but I buy Jay Robb's unflavored egg protein at Vitamin Shoppe.  Not bad.  I don't detect the bad smell others talk about.
Good luck.

You can find the powdered egg whites in the baking section of your store. In our store they are near the powdered milk. Its kind of pricey, $6-7 for a  3oz can.  You've got to look really hard for it, my store almost had it hid behind one of those hanging strips with stuff on it.  Good luck.

I have emailed this company asking for an AA profile on their product (which ANY protein company should be able to provide with no hesitation..)

Guess what?  They don't have one.

Which means - NO.  Do NOT buy.
