My insurance doesn't cover the sleeve!

Thank you all for your comments and suggestions.  I will meet with my surgeon again to discuss my options, and appealling the denial will be at the top of the list.  I have in the meantime done more research on Roux-en-y and I am more open to it than I was.  I really hadn't looked that closely at it (the dumping syndrome is what really scares me), but now that I have researched it and found others that have had it I feel more comfortable with it.
