Shut up and begin. Have you ever heard of Parkinson's Law?...It states that:   Work expands to fill the available time for completion. In other words, Resistance [Lizzie]will make us fiddle around forever -- unless we draw the line and stop it. Begin.  Begin.  Begin.  There's lots of opportunities today!

My name is Debbie and I will be 4 years out revision, my fist WLS was in 1980, I'm 55 years young (I had a gastroplasty in 1980 which is just having your stomach stapled, no bypass and no malabsorbtion).

I think there are no mis-posts....it was put where it could do the most work!
I'm 13 yrs post and it certain made me think...THANKS!
