265 pounds .  Doing the P90X.  About half way through it.

question, would you strongly recommend the P90X for people who have done weight loss surgery, especially women?

I would recommend it to everyone.  The only thing is that you have to be in sort of decent shape.  I wouldnt have been able to do this when I was 400 pounds.  Its a kick ass workout and there are still some things I just cant do but I do other exercises during those segments.  Its totally worth the investment.

 Okay great! thanks for the info. I was thinking about incorporating something like p90x into my work out after surgery so that definitely caught my attention. I see where yu are coming from also.

BTW I forgot to mention that my wife does the P90X program with me.  She is really enjoying it as well and is making great progress too.  So, yes its good for male and females.

A very effective workout system.....CD's that you exercise with, I believe! I've seen a few people who look amazing post P90X.
