1 yr Postop from Sleeve...with pics

Thank you for sharing your pictures, how encouraging...you look so different!

My surgery is schedule for next Tuesday, April 19th.  My wieght today is exactly the same as your starting weight...354pnds.  I am very nervous about the surgery as I have never had surgery before and I know that there are serious risks....it's scary. 

I have already lost 40pnds since begining this process in December and that feels great but I have so much more to go.  I am on my pre-surgery Skim Milk diet right now trying to reduce the size of my liver and lose as much wieght as I can to make surgery as easy as possible.

I appreciate all the information and encouragement that I have been finding on this website and hope to share my success soon as well!
