WETEO'S (Whatcha Eating Today Everyone)??
Didn't see the WETEO post so thought I'd start it! I think Nancy was going to be out of circulation today!
Got some extra Vitamin D in the form of some glorious SUNSHINE! Working on my tan for the summer! Woohoo! Great time to be soaking in the rays when its hot so darn HOT! Beautiful day here in Georgia.
Visited Jandy's Yogurt tonight and had a "special saturday" treat! Had me a no sugar added non-fat chocolate/vanilla swirl yogurt with a few slices of banana, a tad of pecans and a squirt of sugar free chocolate syrup! Was DELICIOUS!!
Happy Easter everyone! Hope you have a blessed day tomorrow and remember the reason for the season! Will be going to church with my son and her family tomorrow!

Eats:
B: 3/4 c. fat free cottage cheese & NSA diced peaches
L: Roast beef sandwich on 50 calories bread
D: Homemade vegetable beef soup
S: Jandy's Frozen Yogurt
Totals: 1114 calories, 128 carbs, 35 fats, 81 proteins

Got a lot done today, pretty pleased! Continued to clean and organize the basement. Messed with the horses. I don't back to wor****il Tue so more heavy cleaning. Tomorrow going to Church, and have Easter dinner with my family.
B-1 scrambled egg (made two but couldn't eat the 2ND one), onions, cheese, mushroom and ketchup
S-almonds
L-deli thin slices of turkey and some pepper jack cheese, watermelon
S-popcorn, 3 red jelly beans
D-ate a protein bar when I got dizzy (didn't eat supper until a couple hours later) then I ate a chef salad, hard boiled egg (an Easter one!), chicken breast pieces, and cauliflower,
Walked 1 mile and ran 2 miles

Im almost 6 weeks out, and still cant seem to eat much, and I'm talking about tblspoons, as in NOT much, getting kinda worried, it's much easier for me to drink stuff. hope that just means Im super snug, The Dr. did say he stitched me snug..
B- 2teaspoons gritts and smashed egg, 1/4 peice of bacon, corner of a peice of toast
S-3 tbls spoons appelsauce, 2 dexilants
L- teaspoon peanut butter, 2 small bites meatloaf
D-will be a cup of chicken broth,
S- popcicles or s/f pudding with protein powder added
water and liquids all day long, getting more in each day, but the food part worries me, think it will be this way forever?
Dont get me wrong, im not wishing for a huge sloppy carnival burger(well maybe, lol) but something of substance would be ok
I think maybe im doing this all wrong...
