Hotel or Hospital??

Has anyone had their surgery at Pacific Bariatric Medical Surgical Group in San Diego, Ca.? If so, did your "special helper" stay in the hospital or at a nearby hotel? What are the rooms like, and what is available for your overnight guest to sleep in, if anything at all.... Since I live 4 hours away, I think they will be making me stay for 3-4 nights.... and need to plan ahead and make reservations if needed!
TWENTY days till surgery 

I personally had my surgery in murrieta but my aunt had hers at pacific and my uncle was able to stay the night. He was given a cot to sleep on but they are not always available. Good luck!!
