Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday!
Second day without electricity! The storms that came through North Georgia yesterday has our little town in a mess. Thank goodness my daughter is allowing her "mama" to bunk at her house!
Eats:
B: 2 slices double fiber toast w/honey & peanut butter, banana
L: Veggie beef soup, 3 oz. roast beef
D: Veggie beef soup

Glad that you are doing well in Rome. I have family in Rome, and they are all okay as well.
Breakfast: Instant Grits and boiled egg
Snack: honeydew melon and cantaloupe with honey
Snack: 1 oz dry roasted peanuts
Lunch:1/2 cup chicken salad with strawberries, apples, pecan and 5 whole wheat saletine crackers
Snack: TLC Crunchy granola bar
Snack: Nonfat strawberry greek yogurt
Snack: 1 serving smoked almonds
Dinner: grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup
Calories 1400 Protein 80 Fat 75
I know it seems like a lot, but the only way I can get my calories in is to eat every 2 to 3 hours. I am training for a 10k and I am at a point that I don't need to lose anymore weight. So, to maintain my weight I have to pretty much eat all the time.

Worked out pretty good with 90 minutes of the elliptical/bike/StairMaster, and then 45 minutes of weights. Also did well with waters.
