WETEO'S (Whatcha Eating Today Everyone)???
Still missing Ms. Nancy .... her puter must be giving her problems. Hope nothing is wrong!!
I was off my "regular" job today; however, did make an offer on a house. Hope it gets accepted! I need some extra moolah!!!!! Other than that ..... I got lots of sunshine today. Got my tan "going on" .... ! Smiles!
Made a homemade pizza today and it was incredibly yummy! I used the whole wheat pizza crust you buy in the store. Sauteed my mushrooms and onions before adding to pizza, and used spaghetti sauce, Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage crumbles, deli chicken breast, mozarella cheese. I ate 1/6 of it, and calculated it to be per piece: 233 calories, 11 fat, 21 carbs, 13 proteins. Not too bad for a yummy piece of pizza!
Didn't get to eat until 11'ish, so I am low on proteins. Got up early and went to weigh in, then walked a little over a mile around the lake. Lost another 1.5 lbs since being back on track, making a total of 8.5 in two weeks. I'm 6.5 away from my lowest weight.
Eats:
Brunch: 1 banana, 1 T. peanut butter, 2 c. kettle corn
D: 1/6 homemade pizza
S: 4 oz. chicken breast, 3 saltines, 1 T, peanut butter
Totals: 846 calories, 82 carbs, 35 fats, 50 protein

I feel like I'm eating alot, what do you all think? Room for improvement? I
My proteins are 102, carbs are 113, calories 1212 and fat grams 44.
And I walked for 3 miles and burned up 309 calories:)

I just number my intake:
1. quiche
2. protein shake
3. snack bar
4. protein shake
5. snack bar
6. protein shake
7. piece of pizza (pizza hut)
8. Berries-n-fage'
9. Minute Muffin
That's about 1100 + the piece of pizza, I don't have a ballpark estimate for a smallish piece of pizza. I'd say perhaps 1350 to 1500 today
