Happy Hump Day! 

Had an appointment with plastic surgeon today just to talk over possible future surgery.  Ugh ............ where's my rich man or winning lottery ticket  ?? lol !!!!

Eats:

B:  4 oz chicken breast

L:  banana, peanut butter, 4 saltines

D:  1/2 cup instant grits, 1 oz mozarella cheese, 2 oz. turkey, 1 oz. turkey sausage, 1 egg

Totals:

845 calories, 66 carbs, 37 fat,  64 proteins

I am determined to get this last 14 lbs off to reach my own personal goal before my 2 year weigh in!!!!!

I'm waiting to win the lotto also. I can use a body lift.

I love how you eat chicken for breakfast. I do the same thing many times. Dinner for breakfats and breakfast for dinner.

B: 4 slices beef fry
S: cheese and ww crackers
L: corned beef
S:salad with cheese
D: will have salmon and veggies.

Fluids: not enough.

My co-workers don't mind the chicken, but when I go to microwaving my salmon or talapio for breakfast, they almost gag! haha!

Made it through Wed!!

B-turkey breast with a little gravy, green beans, 3 grapes
S-orange, 5 grapes
L-turkey breast with a little gravy, green beans, sf chocolate mint
S-Go Lean Kashi cereal-dry, some popcorn
D-turkey chili

I will have something for a snack later.

I just love Kashi Go-Lean cereal ..... I love it so much I don't buy it any more! hahaha! One of those foods I want too much of!

L  fish(talipa)  and veggies

S  sugar free Popsicle

also had tea, water, protein shake all liquid accounted for 70 grams liquid and about 75 gram protein. as you can see I love fish lol

Dry cereal is so my weakness!!! I can eat and eat and eat it. That dog gone honey cheerios is the devil. LOL

B: boiled egg and bottom of a whole wheat english muffin
S: 2oz grilled chicken
L: stawberry/banana/pineapple smoothie with 3 scoops protein
S: greek yogurt
S: peanuts
D: chipolte shrimp flat bread
S: mango greek yogurt

Water: Done

Dat dry cereal really gets me too!  I have told this story once, but while we are on the topic .... I will share again.  Went to walmart and got a box of Go-Lean cereal.  Torn open the box immediately while still in the car ..... and ended up tossing it out the window to keep myself my eating any more!  The things we do to keep from eating .... ! Ever buried food in the trash can .... not just dump it ... but bury it to make sure you can't dig it out!! Ha!  Food makes us monsters!

I sure have! I have empited stuff out of the box and into the trash then made sure I took the trash out to the big trash can outside.  I have even poured something over it.  At least me now throw it away instead of eating it.
