Hey yaw'll .... !  It's ALMOST FRIDAY!


Had a really really busy COURT day today!  I'm having to cover for a co-worker who is out on medical leave, as well as cover my own courtroom, so things are sorta/kinda crazy at the office! 

So looking forward to the weekend.  I have a wedding Saturday in Atlanta, then of course .... MOTHER'S Day Sunday!  Wonder if I'll get what i requested???? Ha, ha!  I want one of those electric smokers to cook all my meats on.  They are supposed to be MARVELOUS, and no charcoal messes .... just put a few wood chips in and smoke away!

Eats:

B:  3 oz. pork loin, 3/4 c. cottage cheese & NSA diced peaches

L:  Chicken Stir Fry, 2 oz. pork loin

D:  4 oz. chicken breast

Totals:  971 calories, 59 carbs, 30 fat, 103 proteins

Walked two miles.

 YAY Friday! I really didn't track calories and proteins today. I had a pretty busy day as well.Your doing really well Gay, do you get hungry? It seem like I have to eat every 3 hours or my blood sugar drops.


B 8 oz protein shake
S 2oz of whole grain tortilla chips
L 6 oz protein shake
D 2 lean ground beef meatballs(baked) and 1 oz of wheat pasta w/parmesan cheese
S I'm craving chocolate so I think I'm gonna make some choc ff/sf pudding and add a scoop of protein powder and a tbspn of pb.

When I stay really busy, I seem to not have as much hunger, or maybe that proves that it's head hunger when I'm bored?  Make sense?

 YEah it makes sense! i think sometimes I eat out boredom or habit! I'm really trying to get back on track! I feel so fruastrated...... Sometimes I just don't even want to eat but I know thats not possible.      Hope you have a good weekend too, Happy mothers day!

Pretty good day overall and so happy it is almost Friday

B=2 scrambled eggs, onions, mushrooms, ketchup, sf mint
S-cantaloupe
L-chili, 4 saltine crackers, sf mint
S-almonds
D-turkey breast, lettuce, cauliflower, lite dressing, sf mint

Lifted weights for about 50 minutes, played floor hockey 30 min, 10 mins on the treadmill, and 30 min on the elliptical. Signed up for my first 5k race that is coming up  in a couple weeks. Hopefully I will do okay when doing it.

Breakfast:  Oatmeal w/ a few raisins and splenda brown sugar, 1 over easy egg and 2 oz monterey jack cheese

Lunch:  shrimp salad, a small piece of catfish and 2 onion rings

Snack :  sugar free key lime cupcake (yeaahhh bayyybee)

Dinner:   cup of homemade chili and saltines

Exercise: an hour of zumba and then this evening walked 4 miles

I'll jump onto yours since you started our food log today.

B:  greek yogurt with Kashi cereal
L:  chili
s:  1/2 premier protein bar and cashews
D:  out with daughter to a Chinese buffet:  1/4 cup egg drop soup; 3 brocoli florettes, 2 chunks of pork, about 8 small shrimp with ****tail sauce and why-oh-why did I fall for the 1/4 cup of chocolate mint ice cream?  I was just fine until that, and now I'm sick as can be - I think this is the first ice cream I've tried.  I would have enjoyed a protein shake more about right now using my new recipe.  When will I get my head screwed on straight?
