WETEO'S (Whatcha Eating Today Everyone)???

Did a little of nothing at work today, lol .... but at least I showed up. I got to work @ 8, then walked from 11:00 - 11:30, went to lunch from 11:45 until 2 (shame on me, but had to get my nails done and do a little shopping, snickers), then walked again from 3:30 - 4, then it was time to go home @ 5. I like these kind of days ..... :) .. !
Lost another lb, so that makes 10 since getting back on track. Yeehaw!
Eats:
B: 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 c. grits
L: Jandy's frozen yogurt w/pecans (SF & FF)
D: Stir fry, 2 oz., pork loin, 4 saltines, 1 T. peanut butter
S: 2/3 c. cottage cheese & 2 oz. NSA diced peaches
Totals: 1180 calories, 122 carbs, 31 fats, 91 proteins
Walked 3 miles!!

B-2 scrambled eggs, cheese, onions and ketchup
S-orange
L-turkey roast, green beans
S-a handful of Kay's Natural protein cereal, 1/2 of a container of Greek yogurt with strawberries
Late snack after my jogging and before basketball practice-string cheese, almonds
Late supper-lettuce, lite dressing, chicken breast strips, cauliflower
Scale is not moving yet!!
Walked 1 mile, ran 2 miles-wanted to run 3 but my legs felt like tree trunks

B - 1 1/2 cups American Chop Suey with 2 meatballs parmesan cheese and bread and butter
S - Ruffles and French Onion Dip
L - More American Chop Suey with cheese and bread
S - 2 chocolate cream filled cupcakes and 4 Chips Ahoy
D - 2 Nathan's hot dogs with relish and ketchup and Nathan's fries (but I baked them )
S - Nothing yet, thinking about a couple frozen egg rolls
Also, 6 cups of coffee with high fat and full sugar International Delight French Vanilla Creamer, 2 glasses Diet Cherry Pepsi, 1 Dos Equis
Calories - who knows, way too many carbs, enough fat for 9 people, way too little protein
No exercise
Tomorrow - more of the same! It's been working for me so far. 106 lbs lost since December!

L- protein smoothie w/ 2 c. spinach, 1/2 c frozen blueberries, 1/4 banana, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder & 8 oz coconu****er.
D- 3 oz tilapia , 1/2 cup red cabbage sauteed in 1/2 Tb organic coconut oil, lime & covered with home made creamy chipotle sauce.
S- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese w/ pineapple.
Totals: 737 calories, 95 grams protein, 16 grams fat, 57 grams carbohydrate, 34 gram sugar
Trying to get in more veggies and some fruit.
