Yup, that's why I said to log EVERYTHING... it's a real eye opener to see just how easy it is to sabotage yourself without even realizing it.

I also came back to this thread because I wanted to point out that I specified that I have an Unjury shake because you can use others, but so far Unjury is the best-tasting, lowest carb one I've found yet.  I was doing Muscle Milk Light in the beginning, but a 2 scoop shake has 13g of carbs, compared to 8g with Unjury, so I made the switch.
