What a freak'n hellacious day I've had! lol

Can't even begin to explain why ..... just an "anxious" day, too much to accomplish .... not enuf time .... and dealing with crazy folks all day!!!!!!!

However, eating has been good .... not enuf time to eat, haha!

B:  3 oz. pork loin

L:  6 oz. smoked chicken, 6 ritz wheat crackers

D:  1 c. cottage cheese & NSA diced peaches

Totals:  929 calories, 52 carbs, 29 fats, 108 proteins

I also had a bad spell of "constipation" but finally delivered my 3 lb. baby ... snickers!  I've been eating alot of protein and not enuf veggies and fruit!

L      2 spicy baked chicken wings  (I got that DON'T EAT ANOTHER BITE feeling and stopped.)

D     large protein shake (frozen and sooooo good)

I am going to have some melon and Greek yogurt later.

I'm pre-op but am still posting. :)

Vitamins - all

Breakfast - 3/4 c. unsweetened whole wheat flakes cereal with 1/2 c. NSA raisins and 1 c. soy milk

Lunch - 1/2 cup black beans, 2 small corn tortillas, LOTS of Iguana Green hot sauce. :D

Dinner - vegetarian burrito of some sort OR soup... as I am very very sick. :*(

news from the doc today. thyroid is still out of whack. thats probably why my weight wont go anywhere. did a little shopping this evening. did some squats this morning and jeez they killed my legs!!! here are the eats for today.
