What do you love about yourself RIGHT NOW?

WTH!!!  I can't believe they said that to you!  Which location of Chico's was it and what did she look like generally?  In addition to you going in there after you wear their sizes, I would like to place an anonymous phone call to corporate, if you don't mind?

What do I love about myself right now?

How STRONG I am!!!! How much I can DO! How many medications I am off!!! The fact I no longer need a wheelchair or service dog! The fact my pain has dropped from a level 9 to a 0 or 1.... Need  I go on? Those are the BEST reasons of all to "love myself'...The gift of AWESOME health!!!!!!

Some times I see my self in the window or a mirror and I suprise myself as to how much smaller I am and that I look happier! I don't turn away from me when this happens and I don't automatically start to criticize how I look or how big I am.  

I usually think now "she's kinda cute!" and it brings me joy.

It's not just the weight, I still have 25 pounds to go it just me loving me and not hiding from me anymore. I makes me so happy I am tearful just writing this.
