PLEASE, PLEASE HELP! NEED ADVICE WITH PAINFUL ARTHRITIS!

 I know what you are going thru. I had a diagnosis of arthritis after surgery as well. when my arthritis is in a flare-up... My pcp has suggested and prescribed this regimine. It helps me...
       I use Prevacid 30 mg with
       50 mg Tramadol and 400mg Motrin,   I take 200 of motrin  that is enough for me to get relief.., with the tramadol... the prevacid protects the gut and the tramadol extends and magnifies the benefical effects of the Motrin.
      I take it  up to twice  a week  dring the winter, and  not that often in summer...the cold increases my pain .I also put my hands in ho****er when I get up , the first thing.   There are some herbs../ suppliments that  are anti-inflammatory.. one of them is rabbit tobacco, you can make a tea with it, and it helps asthma and intestinal distresses as well.., cinnamon  also helps...and.there are others but I don't need them at the present , but I can look them up if you want to know, just send me a message... sweetpotato
