Body Fat Testing--How to get an accurate reading with loose skin?

I would like to have my body fat tested but I hesitate to have a caliper pinch done because I have loose skin in the area they will pinch.  Has anyone had this done and found the results to be accurate or innacurate?

Ideally I'd like to get the test where they submerge you in water to get the most accurate body fat percentage but I cannot seem to find a gym in the Cleveland area that does this.  Thanks!

I'm not sure how accurate they are with loose skin, but there are scales that calculate water and body fat percentage. I'm also curious to know if anyone has tried those with success.
