Woke up this morning with my pouch being upset.  I have been able to eat yogurt and soup and protein drinks but still not feeling great.  I know there are a bunch of stomach flus/viruses going around.  I just hope I don't have that and that I start to feel better by tomorrow.  I was thinking  that the weather has turned really hot high 80's low 90's and thought perhaps that could attribute to the way I feel.  Any thoughts?

Sometimes when you are early out the littlest things make your pouch upset. Good idea to stick to luids or very soft foods til it settles down again. Most importantly keep up with your fluids. Sometimes dehydration can appear as an upset stomach which in turn makes you not want to drink. With this heat you don't want to head down the road to IV fluids. And yes, even the heat can make you feel funky.

Feel better soon! I've felt this way a couple of times and some extra water and some acidophilous (tablets or just eating yogurt) has helped.

Temporarily holding on losing more because I'm gaining!  Pregnant with my first baby (a boy!) due June 2013, after two rounds of IVF.  SO GRATEFUL!

Okay this is off from the main question, but I see a few of you keep pushing the yogurt...What kind of yogurts, as to what brand...I buy some yogurts but they taste to surgary most times. I use to be diabetic and any taste of to much sugar makes me sick. Can anyone recommend a good tasting low sugary yogurt.
Thanks and again sorry off from the topic.

mimarine,  I eat Fage 0 greek plain yogurt all the time.  You can add SF puddings to it and SF syrups, Sf jams  and jellies, and I love to add a packet of Hidden Valley ranch dressing and eat it with mushroom slices and other veggies.
