Compression garments? - warning some TMI

 Does anyone know where I can order plus size compression capris or other pants for the gym?

 My rapidly deflating gut is really getting in my way. I love being able to workout at the gym, but the loose skin hangs down making leg lifts and stuff very difficult, and it also causes rub rashes...bad enough to bleed. ouch!! 

I solved the problem of my rapidly shrinking chest by buying a sports bra a couple sizes too small. Instant compression there. But, I haven't been able to find a similar solution for my tummy area. And all I've been able to find online so far is recovery garments for athletes, and I haven't found any available in plus size. 

Help! I love the fact that I can exercise now, and I'm so much stronger and healthier already.....but the rashes and floppy gut is starting to HURT. 

I don't know but if you find out anything, could you please let me know.  Like you, my gut hangs down mid thigh and get rashes that blister and peal. It's also causing lower back pain and a contributing factor me having hernias.   How much more do you want to lose?  I'm at a point where I'm talking to a plastic surgeon about having it removed..

I bought the Higher Waist Compression Shorts (http://www.aerotechdesigns.com/fitness-women.htm#classicfemale) from Aero Tech Degins.  They are under $20 a pair, and come in a few different colors.

I run and bike, and after losing 140 pounds... most of which was carried in my mid-section, I have a ton of loose skin to deal with while working out.  If I don't keep it tucked in nice and tight, it hurts when I work out. 

After trying TONS of different shorts, these are some of the BEST I've ever found!!!  My other favorite pair are the 7" compression shorts by Under Armour (http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en/womens/apparel/bottoms/compression-shorts/pid1216685-Women-s-UA-Ultra-7-inch-Compression-Short/1216685-001), but those are about $28 a pair.

**Aero Tech has plus sized shorts in all their styles, I'm not sure if Under Armour does!**

I googled and found www.elegantplus.com that recommended several sites, including www.aswechange.com.  They are pricey, but may be what you are looking for.  For your rash, try googling Body Glide and Anti-Monkey Butt. :)  Runners use those between their legs and wherever else might chafe while they are running.  Good luck!!

I TOTALLY AGREE and SECOND the use of body glide!!  I use it EVERY TIME I run or bike on anywhere my skin touches or a seem touches my skin!  It works miracles!!!! I swear by it and won't workout without it!!!
