XP:remind me again...
Wt loss is not a consistent steady wt loss each and every day or week. Eating something within 30 minutes of waking up, plenty of hydration, daily exercise of some form, 70g or more of protein, low carbs, etc. are part of the recipe for wt loss after surgery. Stalls are experienced by probably 90% of wt loss patients. Be patient. You didn't put on all of your wt in a few months, nor can you lose it all in a few months. Most patients tend to lose most of their wt at 12 months, but it took me a full 24 months to lose my maximum wt. It just takes time. Support groups will give you plenty of tips to help. DAVE
