Body smell
If you're a recent post op, yes body odors will likely be noticeable or funny taste in your mouth will occur. This goes away after a while, but is a common occurance as your body begins the wt loss process. Dave

I think this is probably diet-based. I had my DS over seven years ago, and my SIL had her RNY about ten years ago. My brother says that both of us have a sour-milk smell occassionally---not all the time, just occassionally, and it's not our skin, but our breath.
Neither of us have a gall bladder any more, either, which may be a factor. Bile, normally stored in the gall bladder, smells like lactic acid/milk.
All I can suggest is to journal your foods for a while and see if you can find a link.
