Third day at da beach! What a life! Sitting here in my condo on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf with the breeze blowing ever so calmly ..... !
Eats:
B: 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: 3 oz. deli turkey, banana
Dinner: Baked Seafood Platter (shrimp, fish, crab, new potatoes, corn on cobb)
S: 2 Lite Beer
Yaw'll have a great week! I'll be here 5 more days and looking forward to each sunshiny day!

Ooops I missed this last night.... so here goes for Sunday...
Bkfast: Vegan Tofu Enchilada ...
Lunch: Sopa de Camarones (Shrimp Soup ... made with jumbo shrimp boiled in chicken bouillion with a bit of cilantro, scallions and a pinch of sazón ... to die for).. I have shared it before I just love it .. a quick fix full of protein, delicious and filling for hours...

Mid afternoon: 1/2 cup of Artic Zero maple vanilla ice cream...
Dinner: Small baked sweet potato filled with ground turkey ..cheese and chilli sauce..
Totally hydrated all day/all night long.... Swam laps for 90 minutes non-stop,... free style and back stroke...
