Gastric Bypass to Lap Band

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your feed-back, positive and negative.  This isn't costing me out of my pocket, so no, I am not getting milked by my physician.  I went through several before I actually felt that I had a doctor that was listening to the issues I was having.

I eat food and that food is gone in a half hour maybe a bit more, it isn't about eating huge amounts of food, but having anything stay in my stomach long enough to be processed isn't happening.  I appreciate that most a lot of you are very passionate about sharing your experiences and knowledge, but I really wanted to hear from people who have actually experienced it.  I want to know what people who have had this experience have to say about it.

I have looked through Ovid and Ebschost to see about clinical trials and results and there has been very little written on this procedure.  That was why I wanted to know about "experiences".  I hope I don't offend anyone here with my post.  I am going to move forward with my procedure, I just wanted to know what I should expect since it is totally different then my original g-bypass.
