yeehaw tomorrow is Friday!!!! Gonna go dancing Friday and Saturday nights! 

B:  1/2 c. cottage cheese, 2 oz. nsa diced peaches, 3 oz. pork roast

L:  4 oz. chicken breast
     2 graham crackers

S:  banana, 2 graham crackers, 1 T. peanut butter

D:  4 oz. chicken breast

 I had a lousy past two days with some stressful issues at home that just about always kills my non-existent hunger as it is ... I was hard press to remind myself to eat and foolishly skipped several meals ... but I was able to give myself a mental kick and snapped out of it with a little bit of help from my friends .... 

So yesterday I ended up having ....

L: Vanilla Protein Shake with FF SF vanilla pudding mixed in and blended with lots of ice....

D: Pollo al Pastor with steamed vegetables at a Cuban restaurant in town after Zumba.

Tomorrow WILL BE a better day....

 Well I had huevos rancheros for bkfast .... 

I have Chobani Zero for lunch that I am going to dress up with some blueberries and a couple cheese sticks....

and for dinner ... I am going to have that awesome fajita salad a sista shared a few threads down ... I am not eating red meats these days so I will replace the steak with chicken and twiddle my toes ... now that was on awesome recipe ... did you check it out?

 My favorite lunch:  Wendy's chili....I still eat it a few times a week, even at 2.5 years out.  Love it! 
Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels!

  Picked up my new puppy, thought I was going to too late, but got there on time. She's zonked out from the drugs they used to spay her and sleeping in the corner of my bedroom.

B-  breakfast burrito made with turkey sausage, eggbeaters, low carb tortilla, black soy beans, cotjita & salsa ( divided in half)

D- chicken taco salad with walden farms chipotle ranch
