OMG, it's 12:40 am and no one has posted the WETEO thread!!! What's up wiff dat folks????? lol

B:  2/3 c. canned salmonn

L:  4 oz. chicken (rotiesierre)

D:  1 oz. deli turkey, banana, 1 T. peanut butter

S:   3 oz. baked chicken, 3/4 bagel thin
       lite beer :)

Walked 4 miles, and danced tonight!

Sam old...same old:

B: 150 grams greek yogurt plain and a few grapes

Lots of coffee with 1/2 and 1/2

L: Spinach salad w/ 3oz chicken

More coffee

S: probabaly another salad becuse my pouch does not tolerate meat loaf (which is what everyone else will eat)

Somewhere throughout the day....2 more greek yogurts, a fruit and perhaps some popcorn. 

AND.... a bit more coffee  :)

last night I had that fajita chicken salad and it was to die for....

Today 7/16 so far:

bfast:  DD wanted my homemade split pea soup w smoked turkey and carrots so I hooked it up in the pressure cooker and had a 1/2 cup of it for bfast...and the other half mid-morning.

lunch: bread-less grilled tomato w mozarrella ff..

dinner: pot luck... got to see what the consensus is...

3/4 turkey burger with 1/2 bun

1/3 slice thin crust veggie pizza

2 dunkin munchkins

piece of homemade (sugar free) 3-berry pie

could have used more protein but the day flew by and now it's bedtime :-)
