WETEO'S (Whatcha Eating Today Everyone?)
Hope everyone had a great weekend, I sure did! But have realized I need to slow down a little bit .... hahaha! I feel so tired today, but its a good tired! Smiles!
My eating has been "all over the place" today.
B: Banana, 2 T. peanut butter, 2 oz. deli turkey, 2 graham crackers
L: 4 oz. chicken breast, grits, an egg, 1 oz. cheese
S: 2 T. peanut butter, 2 graham crackers
D: 3 crunchy tacos
S: Bagel thin w/pimento cheese

The heat kept me from doing much eating and what I did have was cold stuff until dinner.
B= nothing, i slept too late to have it
L= 1 cup leafy greens with FF bleu Cheese dressing
Snack- 1 tablespoon PB
Dinner- Grilled steak and leafy greens and ff BC dressing
I have been drinking crystla light and water like a fish all day. I feel like the dreaded peepee monster on Look whos talking Now.

Here's Sunday's eats. I stopped recording for awhile and the scale shows up 3-4 pounds. I didn't change my ticker because I plan for it to be temporary. I plan to start recording again - thanks for the reminder.
B: coffee with coffee mate and splenda x 2
1/2 bacon biscuit
L: roast beef and eggplant
s: 2 protein bars - felt low blood sugar episode and ate 2 back to back - this is my problem when this happens - I eat a lot to try to correct the feeling.
D: roast chicken, peas, cornbread, cucumber
