Hi gay, thanks for posting. Nice day today, swam, made a great dinner. todays eats

S. 1/4th chicken casa dia, 8 cherries
D. 3 oz braised beef in wine, few noodles, 2 ears corn with butter yum

I'm finally on the computer tonight. My schedule was out of whack today. My daughter had some minor surgery and I've been with her to two docs, then meds, then home to cook her some soup that she wanted. After that I cut a little grass and worked in the garden a few minutes.
b: coffee with coffee mate and splenda X 2
1/2 cup of yogurt + Kashi Go Lean Cereal - about 1/4 cup
S: protein bar
L: sandwich meat and one ritz cracker with cheese pack (130 calories)
s: almonds
s: here's where I did my damage today - 6 crackers with one laughing cow cheese wedge plus 1 tablespoon of fig preserves - I've been making fig preserves this week and I just wanted to eat some of it so badly - so I did.
D: chicken soup (it was chicken noodle soup) - I fished out the chicken and ate the soup and left the noodles - but then ate a crostini type bread with tomato on top.
