Ohh man! I came soo close to renting the chicken I unintentionally wolfed down at dinner :{  After many prayers and re-thinking about what I did wrong I was okay in 20 minutes. I am only 5 weeks out! I know better.
B: Complete choc. protien shake with 1 tbsp. Nutz p.b. powder

L: 1/2c fresh green beans, 2oz turkey ham, 1 tbsp. onions, 1tsp. vinegar

S: 1oz Turkey Jerky

D: Crock Pot  chicken 2oz

S: Complete banana protien shake
